Global Director Enterprise Quality


Job Description:

The Global Director Enterprise Quality will be a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving and overseeing the quality management and assurance initiatives across our global operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives will be collaborated alongside the vision of corporate guidance.

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial CO and 2 days from home. More time in office may be required during the onboarding process including travel. Normal travel will be less than 25% and may include global travel.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global quality strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product development, and service delivery processes.
  • Establish and maintain a robust global quality management system, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions and business units.
  • Define and monitor key quality performance metrics to assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of quality programs.
  • Stay abreast of international regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to our products and services.
  • Lead risk management activities related to quality, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into product development and operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the highest quality of incoming materials and components.
  • Implement supplier quality programs, including audits and performance monitoring.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration on quality initiatives among diverse teams located in various global locations.
  • Lead global quality councils or committees to share best practices and drive consistency in quality practices.
  • Lead ESG initiatives and corporate representation for the Supply Chain Logistics organization.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related degree.
  • 12 + years of experience in quality management roles, preferably in a global enterprise setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of international quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining effective quality management systems.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$157,700.00 - $254,375.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
