Overview:

2020 Companies is now hiring a Solutions Specialist for our Innovation Solutions team! 

The Innovation Solutions Specialist role will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Innovation by working directly with clients and internal stakeholders to define problem statements, gather requirements, and implement technology solutions while ensuring successful execution from concept to completion. The Specialist will also track and report on project progress and delivery.

Job Description:

Client and Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new programs and solutions

  • Develop comprehensive solution proposals that meet client needs and align with business goals

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated

  • Serve internal client programs and stakeholders by delivering effective technology solutions that address their needs and challenges

 

Solution Development and Implementation: 

  • Define problem statements and develop detailed requirements for new solutions

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions

  • Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the desired outcomes

  • Provide visibility into the progress of projects and initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability in solutions delivery

 

Project Management: 

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovation projects

  • Track project progress and prepare status reports for the Director of Innovation

  • Coordinate project tasks and resources to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization

  • Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to improve future solutions and implementations

 

Qualifications: 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

 

Experience: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, program analyst, or similar role

  • Experience with program management and client engagement

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent ability to define requirements and implement solutions

  • Familiarity and understanding of Salesforce, Workday, and AI tools

  • Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)

  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and innovate

 

Working Conditions: 

  • Remote/virtual position with occasional travel to attend conferences, training, or meetings
