An exciting opportunity to be part of the team to provide FCA-wide service and support for our core case management systems!

We are recruiting a Salesforce System Support on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract/secondment.

The Salesforce System Support will support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of our core case management systems by responding to queries, liaising with stakeholders across the FCA and providing a professional service.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting FCA users on Salesforce system issues and using investigation skills to triage all issues and ensuring appropriate fixes are implemented in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and enhancing on how the system supports users in their day-to-day activities
  • Working on system developments/enhancements to meet users’ requirements
  • Implementing configuration changes and providing consultancy on major Salesforce changes
  • Managing and running several processes and ensuring SLAs are met
  • Supporting user management, planned outages and system releases and prioritising issues based on urgency and impact and using experience and initiative to escalate issues where necessary

We support hybrid working which means you will be able to work from home up to 60% of the time over a month with the remainder of your time in one of our three office locations.  

The skills and experience you will have

Minimum

  • Experience of using case management systems
  • Experience of investigating and triaging issues within a CRM product such as Salesforce
  • The successful candidate will hold or will be required to obtain Security Clearance (SC)

Essential

  • Salesforce Administrator certification highly preferred
  • Ability to deliver solutions and service consistently to a high standard
  • Ability to ensure day-to-day queries are managed within given timeframes
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills and able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, peers and stakeholders of all levels
  • Ability to contribute to, and follow, system and technical documentation using appropriate methodologies
  • Ability to produce written material to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and present information to influence system development
