We offer a fantastic opportunity to shape your own success as a Delivery Lead Senior Manager in Accenture Technology where rubber meets the road on making technology work for the enterprise. As a Delivery Lead Senior Manager in Sweden, you will work closely with our Swedish clients and client group leadership in growing our Technology business through overseeing the delivery of key engagements and participating in sales. At the same time, you will be accountable for the technology business outcomes internally and developing the team and people around you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery for a contract, to meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments. Drive follow-on work by up-selling and or cross-selling the contract.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients assigned to you.
• Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
• Building long-term, profitable growth by driving new sales and overseeing high-quality technology project deliveries to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborating with your colleagues and ecosystem partners globally to bring new and innovative ideas and solutions to help your clients.
• Contributing towards the growth of our team & and the development of our people

Requirements:

• Deep experience in designing, delivering as well as solutioning and selling technology solutions to enterprises.
• Background in engineering or manufacturing
• Experience and ideally existing relationships in one of the following industries: industrial, manufacturing, engineering.
• Ability to lead complex technology implementations and ongoing technology operations (application and / or infrastructure)
• Skills in both modern technologies (like data & Gen AI, cloud) as well as in working with enterprise’s major technology solutions (key applications or infrastructure, service management or equivalent)
• Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate, partner, motivate and build relationships.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills in English and Swedish (preferred, not required)
