You will be responsible for
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle HCM modules, providing functional expertise and guidance
Lead the implementation, enhancement and support of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, OTL, Absence Management, and others HCM related Modules
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle HCM solutions
Conduct system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure the Oracle HCM system meets business needs
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with other consultants to design and implement improvements as well as manage system upgrades and upgrades
Ensure timely resolution of functional issues and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM users
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the effective use of Oracle HCM modules
Ensure that Oracle HCM modules comply with STA policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all functional processes, configurations, and enhancements
Identify and mitigate risks associated with Oracle HCM implementation and operation and develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and quality of the Oracle HCM system
Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate configurations and customizations
Perform other activities as and when required
You will need
Recommended 4 years of experience in relevant field
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent is preferred
