The Senior People Operations Specialist (Workday) is a senior individual contributor responsible for complex investigations, compliance execution, data analysis, and operational risk detection. This role supports audit readiness, reporting accuracy, and system integrity across People Operations.
You will join a team building modern, AI-enabled People Operations — leveraging automation, knowledge systems, and intelligent tooling to improve how HR work gets done. This role requires someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute, investigate, and stabilize today’s processes while helping design scalable improvements for tomorrow.
