Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead our Talent and Organization analytics team. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our clients’ talent management and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 7-10 data science and analytics professionals, oversee the delivery of analytical projects, and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively

2. Solution Development:

  • Develop data-driven solutions and insights to support areas like Talent Analytics, Change management, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, Org structuring, Skill Analytics etc.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

3.Business Development Support:

  • Partner with sales and business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics to drive organizational improvements and growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Develop and present reports and dashboards to senior management.

4. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytics and talent management.
  • Promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies.

5. Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 7-10 analytics professionals.
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Total 7-10 years of experience with Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical techniques. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, manage complex projects, and drive results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to various audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of talent management practices, organizational development, and business strategy.
