Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

In our team you will: 

 

  • Experience working within the Resources sector covering Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Natural Resources. Our clients include critical national infrastructure and clients of national significance with both IT and OT cyber risks.  

 

  • Support the delivery of Accenture's security offerings across our cyber resilience, cyber protect and cyber strategy domains that covers areas like security governance, cloud, AI, cyber strategy, risk assessments, identity and access management and managed security services.  

 

  • Learn skills to implement security compliance measures to complex technical transformation and capability enhancement projects   

 

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will: 

 

  • Engage with Resources clients to support on a broad range of cyber projects, this can include developing and proposing cyber security solutions and best practices that meet the clients' needs and align with their strategic goals and priorities.  

  • Deliver cyber security strategy, readiness and discovery assessments 

  • Support the implementation and delivery of large SI technology projects, ensuring that they embed security requirements where required to the required quality and risk standard. 

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as project managers, technical teams and client stakeholders.  

  • Conduct technical analysis, deploy security controls, and produce documentation to support technical delivery of security programmes  

  • Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends, developments, and regulations, and maintain a high level of professional knowledge and skills

The following skills and experience are essential for this role: 

 

  • At least three years of relevant experience in cyber security consulting 

  • A professional certification or accreditation in cyber security, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or ISO 27001 or working towards such qualifications 

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex cyber security concepts and issues to various stakeholders 

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information 

  • Demonstrate ability to contribute content to business development / proposal efforts
