We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist II to join our growing Talent Management team. In this hands-on and agile role, you’ll contribute to the seamless execution of company-wide talent management programs, supporting performance cycles, talent reviews, and career development initiatives. You’ll manage small-scale projects from start to finish and work closely on day-to-day operations, all while gaining experience testing and refining processes in Workday. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data, process management, and employee/user experience, and who wants to grow their career in talent management. Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $100,000 - $120,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $89,000 - $109,000
