JR60712 Manufacturing Shift Production (Evergreen)

We are looking for Engineers with leadership, excited by technology and science, who desire to help Micron transform how the world uses information. In a light-out Fab that invested in full automation, and AI, you will be responsible for managing a team of Manufacturing Technologists to plan and execute daily operations that line up with business strategies! You will provide real time analysis, problem solving and decision-making. Also require strong collaboration with engineers from other function teams to jointly address the critical process or equipment issues and drive efficient tool utilization that meet our exacting product quality requirements and timely delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Promote workplace safety
  • Staffing and team development
  • Improve manufacturing effectiveness and efficiency through manufacturing science study and projects
  • May participate and hold key appointment in Emergency Respond Team (ERT)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering or Science
  • Equivalent experience in wafer fab would be helpful
  • Able to work permanent 12 hours shift
  • Fresh Grad with no experience are welcome to
