The Sales Enablement Specialist (SES) will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, and will contribute to the sales enablement function within the Rentals sales teams. This individual will be responsible for, or contribute to, driving enablement launches, developing and executing the 90 day new-hire ramp program, and ensuring successful adoption of sales skills, tools and processes across our organization.
This high-impact, high-visibility role will be a key contributor to the growth strategy for Rentals Sales in 2025 and beyond. We are looking for a highly motivated sales enablement professional who is ready to step into our rapidly evolving organization and make an immediate impact.
This person should expect to:
Own and lead our new-hire cohorts from entry to fully productive with programming and collaboration with sales leadership and Partner teams
Partner with sales leaders to develop tailored and actionable coaching plans based on individual sales pro performance
Develop, deliver, and iterate enablement content that enhances sales skills, processes, performance and results
Establish and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives
Highlight successes and areas of opportunity to both stakeholders and partner teams on a quarterly basis
Work closely with sales, business operations, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on enablement content and sales messaging
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and are completed within agreed-upon timeframes.
Drive the adoption and utilization of sales tools, skills and learning across the organization, ensuring maximum benefit
Plan, launch, and collect feedback on projects that impact our frontline sales professionals.
Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate effective communication to keep all parties aligned on project goals and deliverables.
Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve project success.
Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for sales skills and adoption within the organization, promoting the benefits and driving buy-in from end-users.
Collaborate with sales operations and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of sales tools and onboarding for new hires
Assist in sales process & procedure documentation
Meet strict deadlines with a strong attention to detail
Must have at least 2 of the 3 below:
3+ years of experience in a sales training or sales enablement role
2+ years of experience in a project management role
2+ years experience as an inside sales rep in an outbound sales environment
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on technology adoption and stakeholder alignment.
Proven ability to develop and facilitate one to many trainings for audiences of 20+ sales professionals
Strong understanding of sales processes and tools, including CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and other relevant technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Experience utilizing project management tools such as Asana and SmartSheets
Experience using and driving adoption of sales technology and tools such as Salesloft, Gong, Hubspot, Highspot and others.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions related to tool adoption and project success.
Solid understanding of data & insight tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, GDrive, GDocs, GSheets, GSlides, etc)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time
Comfortable working in a fast paced, quickly evolving environment where creative thinking and operational rigor are paramount
