  • Develop and Implement Strategy, processes and tools aiming to deliver high quality and efficiency on the Planning and Reporting area for HQ and RBUs
  • Support, plan and deploy activities related to new vehicle ordering and Distribution for NE and Export outside of region

Job description:
Mission:

  • Support the planning and forecast cycles for new vehicles sales and the reporting activities associated:
  • Monthly reforecast cycles
  • Annual Business Planning Process
  • Mid Term plan refresh cycles


Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Preparation of Monthly, Annual and MTP processes including internal files and Global HQ submission
  • Preparation of Monthly sales results and reporting
  • Preparation and consolidation of monthly Sales planning forecasts.
  • Consolidation of sales information and sharing with Regional Business units
  • Support tool implementation and process change management of the global Sales and Operation Planning tool
  • Collaborate and build relationships with RBUs
  • Develop & document standard operating procedures for business continuity
  • Prepare supporting elements for top management discussion and global discussion and arbitration
  • Identify opportunities to automatize processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of sales planning activities


Background and Experience

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to details
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated use of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel and MS Access
  • Deep and demonstrated knowledge on VBA/Macros/Automations
  • Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural & cross-functional environment
  • Understands key principles of Carflow management (stock targets, carflow, Retails/Wholesale/production interaction)
  • Microsoft Office Power Point skills is a plus
  • English fluent and written, additional languages are welcomed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain functional information
  • Bachelor’s Degree as minimum
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-functional business analysis and reporting is desirable.
