• Partner with Smart Manufacturing, Business Analytics, and IT teams to design and implement scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines that automate the ingestion, transformation, and delivery of key cost data.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and accessibility across all connected platforms and data flows, enabling consistent and reliable reporting for all stakeholders.
Database Management & Data Infrastructure
• Develop and manage structured databases and data repositories for procurement category cost data, supplier financials, benchmarks, and project metrics.
• Leverage SQL, Access, Snowflake, or equivalent database tools to query, validate, and maintain large datasets supporting cost analysis and procurement decisions.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards, schema consistency, and documentation practices to support long-term scalability and auditability.
AI & Automation
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted tools and automation workflows to streamline cost tracking, reporting, anomaly detection, and benchmarking processes — reducing manual effort and increasing analytical throughput.
• Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to develop and deploy AI/ML-driven models for cost forecasting, supplier performance analysis, and spend categorization.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities across reporting cycles, data reconciliation tasks, and procurement workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Python scripting, or RPA platforms.
• Stay current on Generative AI capabilities and emerging tools to continuously enhance the team's analytical and decision-support toolkit.
