We are from Risk Tech and building a Digital Citizenship Platform. This position will focus on the delivery of key strategic efforts and deliverables, ensure the development of roadmaps, project schedules and plans are created and maintained. Lead team of portfolio Project Managers in execution of planned work.

What you'll do:
Communicate and collaborate cross functionally, managing relationships with internal teams, key partners and stakeholders across the business
Drive progress of our key strategic initiatives, leading multiple product teams and business segments through end-to-end technical projects
Leverage your technical program management experience to successfully lead end-to-end projects and programs alongside our product engineering teams, mentoring and influencing peers, product teams, and leaders along the way
Setting, clearly communicating, and tracking meaningful goals, managing your own deliverables as well as the progress of others, motivating the team to achieve the expected results, and holding them accountable for doing so, redirecting their efforts when necessary
Identifying, tracking, and reporting out on various KPIs to measure the team's success
What you'll bring:
7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software delivery within a related industry
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Experienced in distributed system/platform design concepts, architecture, UX design, services, APIs, and technologies.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills to guide project teams towards successful project completion.
Ability to conduct technical reviews and analysis
Strong hands-on development skills to prototype technical solutions.
Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Willing to learn new and emerging technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
Knowledge on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
