Job Description:

DXC Technology is looking for Marketing Automation Expert to join Analytics Offering with previous experience in Martech projects.

DXC Analytics is focused on providing customers innovative solutions and high added value, in the following areas: Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Information Governance, Business Intelligence & Data Management, Artificial Intelligence and IoT Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as SME for the marketing automation platform implemented.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensure data integrity and enhance customer processes. .

  • Ensure proper integration and functionality of marketing tools with CRM and other systems.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of the solution.

  • Use insights from data analysis to refine strategies and improve ROI.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within marketing automation workflows.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and technology.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge or experience in financial services projects and consulting firms

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Martech

  • Previous technical experience in campaign development, platform management and data analysis.  

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Good knowledge at least one of: Infinity, Eloqua or Unica.

Location: ROME with remote work possibility
