The Cash Flow Forecasting Sr. Analyst is responsible for assisting the team with optimizing the cash flow forecasting process across the organization. This role involves collecting financial data and maintaining accurate cash flow projections. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with the cash flow forecasting team to understand business needs, incorporate qualitative inputs and ensure that financial objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Flow Forecasting: Maintain, and refine short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts for the company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in cash flow forecasting.
Data Analysis: Analyze historical financial data, business trends, and activities to inform and improve cash flow forecasting models.
Collaboration: Partner with finance, treasury, and line of business partners to gather necessary information and insights, ensuring alignment of cash flow forecasts with business goals.
Risk Management: Manage potential cash flow risks and follow the appropriate processes to mitigate these risks, ensuring the organization maintains adequate liquidity.
Reporting: Prepare cash flow forecasts, variance analyses, back testing, and related reports to the cash flow forecasting manager, providing clear explanations of deviations from the forecast.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the cash flow forecasting process, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3+ Years Financial planning, analysis or related experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
