How will this role have an impact?
As a Clinician Recruitment Talent Scout, you are the crucial first step in our recruitment process. You will locate, identify, and engage qualified Physicians, NPs, PAs, and clinicians nationwide.
In this role you will be responsible for initiating contact and developing preliminary relationships by utilizing tools such as cold calling, database sources, internet searches, and lead generation. The Talent Scout’s primary goal is to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified clinicians, feeding interested and viable candidates to our recruitment team for designated areas of need.
This role will report to our Senior Manager of Recruitment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities, interacting with both active and passive candidates to generate interest in opportunities.
Partner closely with the Clinician Recruiters to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Make outbound cold calls and send personalized outreach to passive job-seeking clinicians, persuading and influencing them to learn more about our opportunities.
Source healthcare clinicians and their contact information, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, job boards, and professional publications.
Conduct targeted outreach and manage a chase lists of our existing clinician network to generate leads for positions.
Communicate the organization's value proposition to pique candidate interest, answering initial questions about our employment model and benefits.
Conduct initial screening calls to qualify candidates based on their background, interest level, and basic requirements for our roles.
Build strong relationships with local training programs and universities to establish hiring pipelines for the future.
Attend nationwide specialty-specific conferences with the goal of generating leads and building a network of potential candidates.
Meticulously build an active pipeline, continually identifying and developing new healthcare clinician prospects.
Achieve quarterly targets as determined by the business plan and diligently document all sourcing activity in the designated ATS/CRM.
Basic Qualifications:
1-3+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment
Experience using various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS databases) to find and engage candidates
Proven ability to establish initial credibility and build rapport with a professional audience
An intrinsically motivated and resilient attitude, able to persevere through tough markets and high-volume outreach
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage in outbound calling and messaging
A track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment or sourcing environment, with experience meeting or exceeding targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the general motivations and career paths of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants is a strong plus

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
