About the Role:

As a Safety/Process Co-Op, you will be part of two different department during your semester: As part of the process/manufacturing department the primary tasks will be:

• Evaporator detailed scrap analysis (daily),

• Continuous improvement items in Evap/ GMV cells and on HVAC assembly lines (ie rack modifications, pallet trials, cycle time/microstop observations),

• Documentation updates (Operator Work Instructions, PFMEAs),

• New project support - New assembly line setup, layout rearrangement, packaging prototype parts.

As part of the safety department, the primary tasks will be:

• Documentation creation and updates (Safety Work Instructions, LOTO, etc.),

• HSE Directive review and audit for deviation. Implement and drive actions with the support of the HSE manager,

• Conduct equipment safety reviews and drive related actions with the support of the HSE manager,

• Support HSE training objectives.

Seeking a Co-Op available to start January 2025.

What You Should Have:

• You are currently enrolled in an Engineering or Engineering Technology degree undergraduate or graduate program

• If you have previous internship or co-op experience, that is a plus
