Job Description:
Manufacturing R&D is a team working on innovation driven projects aiming for developing and implementing various kinds of improvements (mostly automation related) to production processes within HE globally.
Your responsibilities
- Development of SharePoint website serving as complementary source of information about the team and project portfolio, enabling sharing knowledge and developed solutions across Hitachi Energy.
- Market scouting – browsing the Internet searching for disruptive technologies available on the market that can be tested and potentially implemented to our production processes.
- Initiating contact with external partners, preparing NDA agreements (using ready templates, no legal knowledge required).
- Building database of external partners.
Your background
- You are a university student graduating in Summer 2025 or later.
- Technical knowledge and background in Automation, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or Production Management and Engineering will be an additional advantage.
- You have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft tool and apps – especially SharePoint, Excel, Loop, OneDrive.
- You can communicate effectively in Polish and English.
- You are precise and conscientious person. Willing to learn knew things and develop your skills.
- You are creative and proactive with good communication skills.
- You are a team player committed to your tasks and dedicated to maintaining the team’s reputation.
