About the Role

To complete relevant company reports timely and accurately.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and ensure timely, accurate reporting on Corporate Solutions businesses, including but not limited to daily production, KPI progress, contest/convention, monthly targets, operation reports, customer claim usage etc. as well as management reports.
  • Prepare and generate regular or ad-hoc KPI/activity reports in a timely manner
  • Collaborate and support ad-hoc reporting to distribution team (i.e. Agency and Partnership Distribution) to monitor sales-driven business activities
  • Prepare, maintain and update documented procedures and functional specifications
  • Coordinate users’ requirement for report generation requests, as well as work closely with IT and Hong Kong team on implementation.

Education & Experience

  • University graduate from Business school professional qualification
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience in in data processing

Language Skill

  • English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Industry certifications and practitioners’ licenses

Special Skill

  • Cooperative, responsible detail minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and be able to work under tight schedule and pressure
  • Good computer skill. Familiar with Microsoft office applications especially Excel and Access
  • Sensitive to numbers and with good data analysis ability
