＜部門について＞

メドトロニックの事業の中でも最も急速に成長している事業の一つである私たちStructural Heart（SH）は、大動脈弁狭窄症に対する経カテーテル大動脈弁置換術 TAVR（Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement）、および乳幼児期に肺動脈組織を温存して外科的手術を受けた重度の肺動脈弁逆流症に対する肺動脈弁置換術 TPVR（Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Replacement）に使用する治療デバイスを取り扱っております。 

両製品とも開胸手術を必要とせず、カテーテルを用いて低侵襲で製品を留置します。施設（病院）では、心臓血管外科、循環器内科、心エコー医、麻酔科医などのハートチームを構成し、チームで適応を検討し、治療方針を決め手技治療を行っております。私たちはこのハートチームメンバーの方々に対して、製品を安全に留置するための手技的トレーニングや医師から医師への的確な情報提供を行い、当社製品を安全に使用できるための環境を提供しております。 

＜業務内容＞

医療従事者や代理店に対し当社が扱う製品の営業活動を行っていただきます。業務内容には以下が含まれます。

• 担当製品の営業活動
• 担当地域の顧客に対する、デモンストレーションや手技サポート
• 担当地域における販売戦略の策定・実施
• 会議、研究会、セミナーなど、担当地域におけるイベントの実施
• 関連する競合のマーケット分析および報告

＜応募資格＞

顧客と誠実な信頼関係を築き、目標達成に向けて継続的な努力が出来る方を求めています。

• 学士以上
• 3年以上の営業経験（顧客折衝、目標達成に向けてプロセスを進めた経験）
• 営業戦略の策定・実践への理解があること
• エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントの使用経験
• 有効な普通自動車運転免許を保有していること

※普通自動車運転免許に関わる行政処分を入社予定日より1年以内に受けていない方

※道路交通法に基づく一定の症状や法規により免許取得や更新ができなくなる可能性がある方については事前にお申し出ください
