ServiceNOW Senior Project Manager
Location: Erksine, Scotland ( required to be on site )
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Due to Security clearance requirements candidates must be UK national/British passport holder/Single nationality/resided in the UK for 10 years.
The role:
As a Senior Project Manager you will have a lead role within an innovative team, working to deploy world class customer solutions principally using the ServiceNow platform.
With this position the Senior Project Manager shall principally be required to lead one or more concurrent projects through to successful completion. This may include assisting in management of larger programs.
Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will assist in defining requirements, design and implementation of project modifications, and programme development.
You will have a good understanding of project management methodologies, a strong portfolio of successfully delivered client engagements, and ideally an understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
You will be a part of a team of ServiceNow specialists principally delivering ServiceNow solutions to a diverse client base. Providing project leadership, you will support the client engagement facilitating the design and delivery of the optimised service offering or desired content.
Specifically aligned to ServiceNow you shall lead diverse client and internal engagements meeting demands from across the sales and deliver lifecycle.
Facilitating workshops to build and maintain both business and client understanding, lead delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Producing high quality documentation and professional business interactions regardless of size and scope of each aligned engagement.
Mentoring and training more junior members of the team
Some travel may be required in the execution of your duties.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have several experience in Service Delivery, with Project Management experience ideally using both waterfall and agile methodologies. ServiceNow delivery experience is desirable, preferably in a consulting environment. Optimally the candidate will have previously been in a senior position in this period.
A great understanding of Project Management and Service Delivery concepts; delivery assurance principals and procedures.
Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
You will have obtained some of the following certifications:
Prince2 or equivalent
Scrum Master or equivalent
ServiceNow Certified Administrator
ITIL Foundation
You will need to have outstanding communications both written and oral, ability to present to customers including C-Suite executive
level; and be highly focused on providing strong service leadership.
Able to work as part of a team or individually to define and manage project timelines, you will need to be pro-active, creative, and able to research solutions and make recommendations, willing to learn and take on new challenges.
You will need to have the ability to work from home and to travel to client locations for meetings and workshops or work on client sites for periods where required.
