About the team 

Wealth Trust provides services to institutional investors about wide range of Trust Accounting systems. As part of this eco system Global Data Store (GDS) provides back-office employees and end clients services through data ware housing solution and operations are performed through ETL. Post this data warehouse data is consumed by clients on interactive UX, they can generate report or perform analytical activities.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and upgrading manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.  You will be responsible for keeping test leads updated on tasks thus ensuring reporting remains current.  You will have direct interaction with the project stakeholders to assist in developing test plan including documenting testing strategy, supporting test execution, defining defect management process as well as assist with defect tracking.

• Review and analyse Requirements specification.
• Identify test conditions and create test designs, test cases, test procedure specifications and test data.
• Execute and log the tests, evaluate the results, and document problems found.
• Good Understanding of non-functional requirements.
• Good exp in system, system integration and End to end testing.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform manual and automated test execution.

What you bring: 

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Software testing. (Mandatory)
• Experience in ETL testing. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of SQL queries and basic UNIX commands. (Mandatory)
• Good communication skills with the ability to talk to all levels of project and client management. (Mandatory)
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance, processes, and standards. (Mandatory)
• Willingness to learn new systems. (Mandatory)
• Ability to take ownership and drive the project testing individually. (Mandatory)
• Ability to work in agile method and in fast-paced environment.
• Wiling to learn and contribute for Python based automation test suite enhancements.

Skill:  Person with good testing experience and knowledge of ETL testing and awareness of SQL and UNIX commands

Experience: 4-7 Years

Location: Pune (preferred) /Bengaluru

Shift timings: General shift (11 AM – 8 PM)

Additional skills:

• Knowledge of Investment Banking – Capital Markets and/or Wealth Management domains (Optional)
• Experience in Wealth management, Trust accounting Domain having good knowledge in Trade life cycle, Income and Corporate actions, Sweep processing and reporting. (Optional)
• Experience or knowledge in Test Automation using Python. (Optional)
