Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of pharmacy operations? We're seeking a seasoned Director of Operations (Site Head) to oversee the continued management of our Central Pharmacy Services (CPS) operations site. In this dynamic role, you'll have the accountability to oversee multiple central fill solutions that are vital in supporting pharmacies across the province.

The CPS team is at the center of this exciting change. We are building the most streamlined and versatile central fill network in the country and we’re looking for colleagues who can help us make it a reality.
As Director of Operations, you will have the opportunity to oversee the ongoing management of our Central Pharmacy Services (CPS) operations site located in Moncton, NB, providing vital central fill solutions across the province. The holder of this dynamic role will provide leadership across all site functions in delivering the business objectives. You will be at the forefront of our mission to create a lean, technologically advanced pharmacy production environment that consistently exceeds client expectations while adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards. To that end, the Director of Operations will foster an environment of continuous improvement with a clear focus to create a positive, energetic, safe workplace while providing the highest customer satisfaction. As the leader of an operating site, the Director of Operations will be instrumental in shaping the culture to drive excellence through strategic alignment and vision while managing the P&L to achieve financial objectives.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all functions of the site operations
Ensure the employees, facility and systems are appropriate to safely manage the demands associated with the operations
Fulfill obligations for maintaining the site’s compliance to all company and regulatory requirements, policies and procedures
Champion operational excellence by driving process improvements across the organization
With a focus on people, attract and retain talent to ensure the right skills are in place to deliver business growth and the desired customer experience
Build a patient-safety culture that engages colleagues and ensure incidents and pertinent near-misses are handled effectively in an appropriate timeframe
Accountable for the site P&L, play a crucial role in business forecasting, resource planning and tracking of business metrics
Foster strong internal and external relationships to support teamwork and key strategic alliances

Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders and partners across the enterprise to positively impact business results
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of related leadership experience within a healthcare or manufacturing environment
Track record in successfully leading multi-stakeholder projects
Track record of delivering Continuous Improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology
Ability to align and lead the organization while upholding company values
Experience building strong partner relationships while ensuring contracts and commitments are achieved
Comfort leading a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities in a regulated setting
Availability to work varied hours based on the needs of the business
