The Director, Oncology Patient Solutions Strategy and Analytics plays a critical role within our Oncology Patient Solutions & Alliances (OPSA) team. This role is charged with evolving our patient solutions strategy and leading our data and analytics function to draw insights in supporting strategy development and execution.
This role is responsible for managing data, reporting, and analytics workstreams across OPSA affordability and patient solutions platforms (in partnership with platform leads) and leading key strategic projects. He or she will develop appropriate metrics and reporting, ensuring alignment with the team’s overall strategies and informing decision-making. This role will also work closely the Senior Director, US Patient Solutions Strategy Lead to enhance our patient solutions strategy in the context of a dynamic external environment and upcoming launches.
This role will partner closely with the Field Reimbursement, Advocacy and Professional Relations, Specialty Access Solutions, and Oncology Commercial Analytics teams to regularly communicate insights and best practices, assess access-related metrics, and make data-driven recommendations. The Director reports to the Senior Director, US Patient Solutions Strategy Lead.
