Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve efficiency. - Define parts of an organization to enhance its performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience in implementing Workday Core HCM modules. - Knowledge of data migration and integration. - Experience in conducting user training and providing support. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday reporting and analytics. - Familiarity with Workday security and permissions. - Experience in configuring Workday business processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - An MBA degree is required.
