Your Day to Day:

As a Business Development Representative, Spanish and English speaking you would be working on:

  • Outbound Strategy with Partners. You will create pipeline for UCaaS and ITSM market in Mexico.
  • Qualifying Leads- You will be accountable of qualifying leads and move those from Stage 0 to Stage 1 & 2.
  • Communicating our value. You are GoTo's first contact with a potential customer, as such you are accountable for communicating our value and identify needs on the potential customer that can match our product offerings and create a need for our solution(s).
  • You will report your progress on your KPI’s that include:
  • Total outbound calls / mails
  • Total calls / mails that got a response.
  • Total calls / mails that agreed on a follow up call.
  • Total customers that move into Stage 2
  • Total leads that ended with close 

What We’re Looking For:

As a Business Development Representative, Spanish and English speaking your background will look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles in tech companies and/or fast paced environments.
  • Intermediate to advance English skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent customer relationship skills: ability to communicate our elevator pitch and create pipeline for our solutions.
  • Solutions Oriented: a natural critical thinker to troubleshoot and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, changing environment through creative, innovative, and inquisitive actions.
