• Review and posting of Invoices in the accounting software.
• Ensure supplier details are maintained is always kept up to date.
• Timely response to supplier and internal inquiries.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Reconcile Accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline accounting procedures.

Ensure timely and accurate closure of the Month-end process

• Strong, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working supporting US operations and flexibility to meet with stakeholders and vendors during their work day
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, Workday and experience with Workday is a huge plus)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team domestically and internationally.
• Prior experience working in a Shared Services Center preferred
