Business Development Representative (BDR) - Technology Sales
Location: US-Remote
Aviatrix, the leading cloud networking authority trusted by global brands, is expanding its dynamic sales team by seeking an energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1-2 years of experience in technology sales. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a BDR at Aviatrix, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by generating new business opportunities and contributing to the company's success in the cloud networking space.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, particularly within the technology sector.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and conducting initial discovery sessions to assess customer needs and fit.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and contribute to campaign strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to effectively position Aviatrix solutions.
- CRM Management: Diligently manage and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and visibility across teams.
- Achievement of Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunity creation and contribute to the team's overall sales goals.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the networking/cloud/secruity landscape and ability to articulate complex solutions to potential customers, mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

The US OTE range for this full-time BDR position is $87,000 - $100,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
