The primary purpose of this role is to maximize the company's revenue and profitability through data-driven decision-making.
We are seeking a highly analytical, business-driven and product-oriented Revenue Manager / Revenue Senior Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of how various aspects of customer (both consumer and merchant) experience impact our business.
🚀 You will be in charge of:
Delivery of ad-hoc value creation analysis through data insights to drive business growth.
Identification and resolution of performance issues, which includes:
Continuously monitor and analyze revenue performance data using financial and non-financial KPIs.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to highlight areas of concern or opportunities.
Develop and verify hypotheses to explain performance issues or trends using data analytics tools.
Manage end-to-end escalation processes for identified issues.
Provide clear findings and actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Co-develop and help implement action plans to address escalated issues.
Coordinate with relevant departments for timely execution.
Preparation of detailed revenue forecasts and budgets in collaboration with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Providing comments on relevant areas during financial closures.
Continuous enhancements of revenue management processes and practices and implementation of new tools and techniques for improved efficiency.
✏️ If you want to be successful in the role, you must have:
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box to address issues (e.g. by analyzing customer support tickets, understanding UX and deal setup, interaction with customers / merchants, and reviewing user sessions).
Knowledge of e-commerce space to be able to benchmark against competitors, use external data sources (Google Trends, Similar Web, Statista, official statistics, reports, etc).
Professional Attributes:
High degree of independence and initiative.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Ability of effective prioritization, multitasking and high-pressure resistance.
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process enhancement.
Relevant Experience:
Experience in revenue management, growth-hacking / marketing / product analysis, financial analysis or a related role, preferably from e-commerce.
Proven track record of utilizing data-driven analyses to enhance revenue and profitability.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analytics and BI tools such as SQL, Tableau, advanced MS Excel and Gsheet.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in data analysis and interpretation - if you don’t use AI, don’t apply. :)
Communication and Collaboration Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (english).
Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
