About the Role

Responsible for supporting Head of Risk and Compliance in Investment on Risk-related issues pertaining to the Asset Management business. Support head to develop, implement risk management and compliance policies and procedures and monitor compliance of such policies and procedures.

• To perform monitoring activities according to compliance monitoring plans based on IGF and SEC.  Eg. Investment limits, investment process proxy voting and etc.;
• To make the annual compliance report to submit to RMC, Board and SEC; To ongoing review IGF policies and procedures to in line with IGF and SEC regulations and coordinate with AIAIMT, AIAT and Group to properly carry out;
• To provide second line feedback to first line to assess compliance risks associated with the new business models/strategies/new regulations;
• To organize and provide training, initiating project to raise compliance awareness.
• Build and develop, implement and maintain investment compliance framework
• Build and provide compliance support to new investment business initiatives
• Interact and liaise with regulators, auditors and business partners on investment compliance related matters
• Administer the investment standards under the AIA investment governance framework
