About the Role

As a Business Solutions Analyst – RTR, you will support the Business Solution Lead in gathering detailed business requirements, improving end‑to‑end business processes, and ensuring the successful deployment of SAP S4HANA and other related applications. You will play a key role in system testing, data migration, user training, and post‑implementation stabilization to ensure smooth business operations.

Main responsibilities:

  • S4 HANA and other applications: Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation. Collaborating with the IT team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues. Transform and support advanced business functions and requirements into design. Documenting SAP/application processes and preparing progress reports

  • Solution Testing: Execute testing in respective areas to ensure proper design preparation for the go live. During the testing cooperate and support local team.

  • Data Migration: Participating in data construction files preparation. Validated and approved pre and post load validation files with cooperation with the business users.

  • Training: Deliver the Training on SAP S4/HANA and other application processes and transactions in respective areas.

  • Support during the go-live of systems/applications: By the time of go-live, expected to be knowledgeable of the solution and be the “first line of defense” for supporting users on system usage and solution queries

Expectations:

  • University Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Econimics, or equivalent relevant industry experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with Accounting and Finance business processes and systems

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC R3, SAP S4/HANA required

  • Knowledge of MS Office, EnableNow, other business applications

  • Very good command of English

  • Proactive attitude, value-bringing mindset and focus on delivery
