Position Overview
The Business System Analyst, Security Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the response to Security Questionnaires, Vendor Questionnaires, Due Diligence Questionnaires, Customer Attestations, Supplier Assessments, Information Security and Privacy Questionnaires, Vendor Risk Assessments and other (non-RFP related) customer inquiries designed to assure customers about the security, privacy and other functional-related questions about our products.
About the Role
Coordinate with Customer Assurance, Privacy, Product Development, Legal Counsel, Sales team, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to complete and respond to the customer inquiry.
Seek responses from SMEs/product owners/other internal partners to address specific inquiries and requirements.
Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to ensure that all technical responses reflect the most current developments and enhancements. Update the repository as needed with updated and current information.
Write customer facing responses to specific customer inquiries. Translate complex technology responses into customer facing narrative. Partner with Customer Assurance, Privacy, Legal Counsel to ensure that responses are customer-facing and not disclosing confidential business information.
Build, maintain, and enhance an electronic repository of standard Q&As pairs utilized to answer these customer inquiries.
Answer inquiries from repository database.
Track number / type of questions to assist with reporting metrics.
Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices and simplification of processes.
About You
2 to 4 years relevant work experience
Able to create strong cross-departmental partnerships
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ownership: Track, pursue and close the loop to ensure timely responses
Able to identify and escalate process improvement opportunities or gaps
Able to work under timelines
Bachelor's degree required
Able and willing to work on a night shift
