About the Role
We’re seeking a Global Strategic Change Leader to guide enterprise-wide transformations that deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you will combine proven change management techniques with project management and process improvement disciplines to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and organizational structures. You’ll partner with executives and cross-functional teams to translate vision into reality, coach senior leaders to champion change, and ensure initiatives achieve results on time and within budget. Your insight will accelerate ROI, minimize resistance, and enhance our global agility.
What You'll Do
• Lead change management for global programs—define strategies, create roadmaps, and develop communication, training, and resistance-management plans
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops: stakeholder impact analysis, readiness assessments, and process-mapping sessions
• Coach executives and project teams to fulfill their roles as change sponsors, building alignment and accountability
• Monitor the change portfolio for saturation, risks, and dependencies; recommend adjustments to maximize adoption
• Collaborate with HR and organizational design experts to align roles, responsibilities, and governance structures
• Develop metrics to measure adoption, proficiency, and ROI; report insights and lessons learned to executive sponsors
• Integrate change activities into project plans, coordinating with IT, PMO, and business partners
• Mentor junior change practitioners and cultivate a network of change champions across regions
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing feedback, facilitating retrospectives, and sharing best practices

• 7+ years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational development—ideally in large-scale, global transformations
• Deep understanding of change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and process improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Exceptional communication skills: you craft clear, persuasive messages and listen actively, with fluency in English and local languages as needed
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, build stakeholder networks, and navigate ambiguity
• Strong analytical mindset: you use data to identify root causes, define metrics, and drive continuous improvement
• Comfortable leading virtual and in-person workshops across multiple time zones
• Demonstrated cultural agility: you adapt your approach to diverse teams and drive inclusive engagement
• Certification in change management or project management (PMP, Prosci, or equivalent) is a plus
