Frameworks & Policies Governance Manager

Country: Spain

Oversees that corporate processes, policies and frameworks are being implemented correctly across the Group/ Country. Leads reporting to Senior Management and recommends changes and key steps to other departments about policies and frameworks’ execution.

Overall responsibility of the selected candidate:

To lead strategic projects for the Global Third-Parties Risk Management function, focused on simplification, better alignment with internal stakeholders (CISO, Risks, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal) and the Bank Supervisors across the globe.

FUNCTIONS:

  • To lead the TPRM Transformation Project coordinating external and internal teams assuring delivery and efficiency.

  • To lead de IA and ESG domains including the KPI generation: MIS for Top-Board.

  • To developp and lead the Risk Monitoring activity focused on Top Risk Vendors.

  • To oversight and give support TPRM activity in Europe region: Spain, Portugal, UK and cross-geos units (SCIB, PagoNxt, Openbank and others).

  • To lead de SARA project (IT TPRM Tool) oversighting scope, cost and delivery in IT Teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years in a TPRM/Risk/Internal Audit area. Ideally 5 years.

  • Minimum 6 years total experience.

  • Minimum 3 years in a TPRM/Risk/Internal Audit area. Ideally 5 years. Minimum 6 years total experience.

  • Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar higher education.

SKILLS

  • Analytical skills: Able to analyze in full detail the implementation of operational models with gaps detection and proposal of workarounds. Problem solving skills: able to propose, structure and implement action plans.

  • Self-reliant, proactive, resilient.

  • Oral & Written presentation skills. Able to prepare presentations for the top-level executives of the Bank (ExCo, RCC).

  • English: completely fluent. Portuguese: ideally fluent (not mandatory).

Able to travel occasionally.
