As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will develop deep industry and financial expertise while partnering with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives. In this role, you will evaluate the economics for existing Capital Group products and lines of business. You will be responsible for building financial business cases for new Capital Group products and initiatives. You are a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful and engaging. Partnering with a variety of stakeholders, you will develop financial strategy at the business unit and enterprise level.

  • You are a problem solver who is able to frame and execute approaches to address varied business questions.

  • You pride yourself on building meaningful relationships and establishing trust.

  • You adapt with market trends and opportunities, performing moderate to complex analytics, and sharing options or recommendations with the potential outcomes.

  • You can build scope for financial models in Excel, with guidance from senior associates, by leveraging business assumptions, key drivers and financial data.

  • You translate large data sets into clear and concise deliverables to be easily consumed by business partners.

  • You are skilled at developing executive ready presentations (PowerPoint, Memos) with guidance from senior associates.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $78,567-$125,707

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
