Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve implementing quality processes, utilizing automation tools, and collaborating with the team to ensure accurate and efficient testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and execute automated test scripts using Guidewire ClaimCenter QA. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects. - Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies. - Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Cucumber. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JIRA or other project management tools. - Recommendation: Familiarity with insurance domain and claim management systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
