About the job


The Operations Manager is responsible for contributing to the various business areas, including sales and business
development, client and account management, business operations, and training. This role requires strong project and
team management skills to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
● Project Management: Manage projects across various business areas, including sales and business
development, client and account management and business operations.
● Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals and client
needs are met.
● Data Analysis: Utilise Google Sheets or Excel to track project progress, analyse data, manage commercials and
create reports.
● Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides to communicate
client strategies, new business proposals to stakeholders and new and existing clients.
● Attention to Detail: Ensure all project details are meticulously managed to maintain high-quality standards.
● Commercial Focus: Apply commercial acumen to drive business growth and profitability.
● Team Management: Foster strong relationships with team members as you will be managing them to ensure
the delivery of various projects, client deliverables, and proposals.

● At least 7 years’ experience in a digital and operations based role
● Proven project management experience across multiple business areas.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
● Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Commercially minded with a focus on driving business growth.
● Experience project managing a multi-channel team
● Passion for ecom and digital with extensive experience
● Proven track record developing positive client relationships
● Highly skilled communicator, with excellent presentation skills
● Strong business acumen - experience driving commercial growth with strong sales and negotiation skills
● Excellent attention to detail
● Collaborative and astute - able to build trust and respect within a network.
● A self-motivator who is constantly learning about what’s new in the digital and ecommerce industry (can
confidently articulate consumer and macroeconomic trends and forecast challenges/opportunities)
● Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, PowerPoint or Google Slides and Asana (or similar project management
tool)


Here are some of the things you will be doing:


● Work collaboratively with agency channel teams to align objectives and goals and deliver services within budget

● Manage client budgets and forecasts
● Understand the agency model and identify efficiencies to drive contribution margin
● Lead and mentor team members and colleagues
● Ensure the delivery excellence of client roadmaps
● Understand individual client brand and objectives to represent clients with the internal team
● Ensure client retention and satisfaction is maintained profitably
● Provide executive guidance to team around commerciality and communications with clients
● Build trust with senior client stakeholders by developing strong professional relationships
● Work with Client & Operations Director, Department Directors and Head of BD to drive new business
