What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.  You’ll be connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. We are looking for someone with strong professional experience hiring for technical roles such as engineering, product, technical operations, QA along with hiring folks on a business side, such as sales, marketing, client success and finance. 

Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience. On top of hiring, we are looking for someone who can maintain and build out new processes regarding out ATS (Greenhouse) to help grow and benefit our hiring practices. Along with a background in. building out and maintaining practices regarding college recruitment.

What You’ll Do
•    Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
•    Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
•    Develop, own and maintain best practices of TabaPay’s applicant tracking system.
•    Continue the buildout of TabaPay’s college recruitment efforts. 
•    Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
•    Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
•    Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
•    Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
•    Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
•    Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
•    Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
•    Conduct and run weekly meetings with hiring managers to review weekly hiring data.
•    Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
•    Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s in human resources management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
•    2-4 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
•    Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn
•    Strong knowledge and professional working experience with Greenhouse, an applicant tracking system.
•    Experience running and owning all college recruitment processes, including physically taking part of college career fairs.
•    Experience all cycles of the recruitment process.
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
•    Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
•    Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
•    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
•    Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

The pay range for this position is $90,000-$100,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits as listed below, dependent on the position offered. 

This position is onsite 1-2 days a week at our Mountain View, CA HQ.
