Reporting to the Chief Pilot you will fly aircraft and serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on company aircraft. Prepare and file flight plans for all destinations. Review and calculate aircraft weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance figures for airports of intended use. Ensure all operations conducted within the capabilities of the aircraft and the crew and with utmost regard for safety of flight.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on company aircraft
  • Review weather and airport conditions, evaluate fuel requirements and aircraft performance figures to ensure safety of flight. 
  • Prepare and file flight plans for all destinations
  • Ensure all operations conducted within capabilities of the aircraft and crew, with utmost regard for safety of flight
  • Follow company Flight Operations Manual, aircraft specific SOPs and all FAA and foreign regulations
  • Perform normal flight responsibilities, travel tasks, passenger requirements and other administrative tasks as assigned by Chief Pilot to assure safe and superior service to company personnel and customers. 
  • Working knowledge of all aircraft systems, how they operate normally, and all procedures used in emergency situations in the event of a system malfunction.

Qualifications:

  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate required
  • First Class FAA Medical Certificate
  • FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit required
  • 680 Type preferred not required
  • 5,000 hours of total flight time required
  • Flight time should include 2,000 hours pilot-in-command of multi-engine aircraft, of which 1,000 hours shall be in a jet-powered aircraft
