About the role:

We seek a full-time permanent Business Line Manager—Crushing Solutions who will drive profitable sales of Sandvik’s Rock processing product offering, provide application support, and develop technical competency within Territory sales teams and service technicians.

Specifically, you will:

  • Adapt and execute divisional strategy in the assigned sales area, including but not limited to the product strategy from the respective product range.
  • Complete sales performance management and forecasting/target in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Develop regional market, competitor, and customer intel.
  • Act as the anchor point for divisional pricing process
  • Ensure CRM data quality is in place.
  • Localize customer/market value proposition.
  • Drive resolution of divisional warranty cases.
  • Support in sales, service & application training where applicable.
  • As a member of the Sales Area Management Team not only be a representative of own function but also be engaged and take part in all discussions and decisions.
  • Be able to travel for business.

To be successful in the above duties, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering (preferably mechanical, metallurgical, chemical) or equivalent.
  • People management qualification desirable
  • Minimum five years of management and sales experience
  • Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; fluent in English
  • Demonstrates self-awareness, develops oneself and seeks feedback.
  • Proven leadership skills and capability of coaching and facilitation in Competence Development activities
  • Ability to travel frequently to customer sites
  • Current driver's licence
