Client driven and fueled by a strong innovation mindset, this role partners closely with our BU distribution teams and finance teams across our Asia markets to execute a compensation structure that delivers both quality sales and positive value to Sunlife to support existing distribution channels across all Asia business.
The role reports to Head of Distribution Excellence, Asia and is based in the Asia Regional Office in Hong Kong.
Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)
Strong finance / numeric skills to understand how to build dynamic compensation model.
Prior experience in insurance compensation and proven track record of working on compensation across agency, bancassurance, broker.
Product pricing experience beneficial.
Key contact point between distribution channels and finance, data analytics with ability to work across functional and/or matrix type structures.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Able to understand the complexity in organization structure and culture in various countries and to handle the communication and issues in appropriate manners
