Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


• Coordinates and executes moderately complex Learning services programs, managing all logistical aspects and ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and company objectives.
• Addressing a wide array of customer and employee inquiries related to Learning services, providing expert guidance, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Understands implications of work, makes recommendations for solutions, and utilizes experience and in-depth knowledge to complete a wide range of tasks in resourceful and effective ways.
• Exercises autonomy within established procedures, utilizes specialized skills to perform in-depth analysis of assigned tasks, identifying key issues and patterns and resolves moderately complex problems to drive results.
• Coordinates the full lifecycle of participant registration and engagement, including enrollment management, pre-course communications, in-session support, and post-course follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive participant experience.
• Maintains, analyzes, and reports on comprehensive training data, including attendance, certification status, and assessment outcomes, providing actionable insights to enhance program quality and effectiveness.
• Designs, develops, and refines course materials and resources, ensuring they meet company standards, are engaging for participants, and are consistently delivered on time and in the appropriate format.
• Takes charge of all logistics for training sessions, including venue selection, room configuration, technical setup, material distribution, and on-site support, proactively addressing any issues to ensure flawless execution.
• Updates and enhances the Learning services course catalog, department tools, and systems, ensuring they reflect the latest offerings, industry trends, and technological advancements, and are easily accessible to users.
• Develops and distributes advanced communication materials, including detailed program outlines, participant guides, and internal reports, ensuring all stakeholders are fully informed and aligned with program objectives.
• Participates in team development activities and training programs to build expertise in Learning services coordination, proactively seeking opportunities for professional growth and sharing knowledge with junior coordinators.

Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma, Vocational Education

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning Services, Training Delivery or equivalent.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
