The Crown Is Yours

We are seeking an Operational Support Engineer (OSE) within our Marketing Platform team to serve as a vital link between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance processes and systems for improved scalability and efficiency. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of OSEs and Software Engineers using an Agile methodology, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development as you drive impactful solutions and innovations across departments.

What you’ll do as an Operational Support Engineer

  • Automate the creation of marketing campaigns for a variety of mechanics across our product verticals.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing stakeholders to derive detailed requirements from their processes.

  • Advise marketers on how they can use various systems to achieve intended outcomes.

  • Ensure high quality deliverables by constructing end-to-end tests aligned with our customer journeys.

What you’ll bring   

  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate/PowerApps

  • Proficiency in querying databases using SQL.

  • Programming experience using a general-purpose language such as JavaScript, Python, C#, or Java.

  • Prior professional experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.

  • Past experience as a member of a scrum team in an Agile environment.

  • Experience working with APIs and familiarity with tools such as Postman is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 84,000.00 USD - 105,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related sills, experience, and relevant education or training.
