Summary
 

Directs all membership, billing and customer service functions related to Small Group (2-50 employees) business. This position ensures group and member eligibility is loaded to the system accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinates with eligibility vendors and accounts to ensure that all enrollment and billing standards are maintained.


Description
 

Directs and maintains the effective and efficient operation of the membership services department. Ensures department standards are met consistently, and that staff performs at or above standards.

Serves as liaison to other departments such as marketing, underwriting, and operations.

Coordinates with information services and outside vendors to ensure the accurate and timely receipt and loading of eligibility data.

Required Education: Bachelor's

Required Work Experience: 7 years of experience in membership services including either 4 years of management experience OR 4 years of equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above.
