Job Description:

Department Overview

The Global Compliance Governance and Assurance (CGA) team provides governance and oversight for central elements of the Global Compliance Program, including transformation and technology initiatives.

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, CGA, the Analyst supports the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Assessment and works closely with internal stakeholder/partners to support governance and control activities. The Analyst will provide analytical support and provide reporting and business insights relating to the risk assessment process.

 Key accountabilities include:
 

  • Support preparation activities for the RCM Assessment process.
  • Execute quality assurance activities to ensure data completeness and ensure the documentation of rationale.
  • Update key documents including Job Aids, and maintenance of the RCM Assessment SharePoint site.
  • Work with the Compliance Strategic Insights Team to support reporting on the Chief Compliance Officer Opinion.
  • Support the closure of Audit findings and Regulatory findings to help prepare, gather evidence, and provide commentary.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and participate in regulatory initiatives, special projects, or other activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Technology, or Internal Audit is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal skills.
  • Self-starter, ability to lead, plan, execute, and deliver under minimal supervision.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing and ambiguous initiatives or requirements.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to think critically and make informed recommendations.
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent time management.
  • Creative with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications

Additional Information

  • Undergraduate or post graduate degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (post-degree)
