Job Description:
Working as part of an established team, the role involves working across 2 large data centres (Doxford/Wynyard) in the northeast of England providing onsite IT infrastructure support. The core duties of the engineer will involve racking and stacking of hardware, structured and patch cable installations (fibre and copper) and Incident support, however the role is varied and the engineer will be involved in most aspects of the day to day running and support of the IT hardware within the data centre environment.
Please note, this is a dayshift Mon - Fri role but will also have an on-call requirement (min. 1 in 4).
