Job Summary
Provide 24/7 support for the enterprise. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security for the organization's corporate offices, business units, and associates.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Monitors closed-circuit televisions and telephone hotlines for the organization’s Learning Development Center and various business locations across the country.
- Provides reports to leadership based on potential risks (EIRL, Think LP, Dark Site).
- Monitors high risk locations via CCTV as well as conducts virtual patrol to ensure associate safety.
- Provides information and assistance to associates concerning emergency, security, and general assistance.
- Coordinates information exchange during all emergency situations.
- Identifies and reports minor mechanical and security systems errors. Seeks assistance as needed.
- Prepares reports, activity logs, and files on daily actions and activities associated with assigned duties.
- Creates employee access badges and monitors access control for unauthorized activities via Honeywell Pro-Watch or related monitoring tool.
Nature and Scope
- Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor. Deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor.
- Under close supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment. Work typically involves detailed checks or close review of output by a senior coworker and/or supervisor.

Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
