職務要約:

  • プライシングマネージャとして、各種プロジェクト・商品開発においてプライシング業務を行う
  • 新商品開発にあたって、技術面およびマーケティングの観点から調査を行う

職務詳細:

  • 新商品および商品改定におけるプライシング業務を行う
  • 各種プロジェクトにおいて、商品開発部、商品戦略部、数理部、ITなど関連部門とプライシングの観点から協議を行う
  • 社内および監督当局と新商品等の数理面について協議を行い、承認プロセスを実行する
  • 将来的な商品開発に必要な基礎研究を行う
  • 新商品発売にあたって、必要なシステム開発のサポートを行う

必須経験:

  • 保険会社における商品数理業務の経験
  • 国際的な環境における業務経験があれば尚可
  • 監督当局との協議の経験があれば尚可

スキル及び能力:

  • 数理的分析能力
  • 日本語による業務遂行能力
  • ビジネスレベルの英語能力があれば尚可
  • 商品数理業務をリードする気概を求めます
  • コミュニケーション能力、交渉能力があれば尚可
  • チームプレイヤー

その他資格:

日本アクチュアリー会正会員/準会員もしくはそれと同等の海外アクチュアリー会員

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:

社外勤務は業務内容や状況に応じてフレキシブルに実施

残業について:

残業は月20~30時間程度を想定します

給与:

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)

変動賞与年1回(個人、会社業績に応じて支給)

勤務時間:

原則 9:00~17:00(実働7時間)

The Opportunity

The customer is the focus of everything we do, and millions of end users rely on our products daily. We believe in the value of empowering Product Pricing, Pricing Manager with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you. 

Role Summary:

  • Product pricing job as Pricing manager for various projects including new product developments
  • Technical and marketing study for future new product opportunities

Job Description:

  • Manage product pricing job for new product development
  • To facilitate internal discussion with product strategy, product managers, pricing/valuation team and marketing team from Pricing viewpoint
  • Product approval negotiation with Corporate/ Region and Regulator
  • Base study for future new products development opportunity
  • New product implementation support for system development

Required Skills & Experiences:

(Experiences)

  • Product pricing experience is required
  • Working experience in multi-cultural environment is preferable
  • FSA negotiation experience is strongly preferable

(Skills & Competencies)

  • Strong numeric analytical skill
  • English communication skill is required
  • Business level Japanese language skill is strongly required
  • Highly motivated to lead product pricing projects
  • Communication and negotiation skill are preferable
  • Team player is needed

(Other Qualifications)

  • Fellowship/Associate of Institution of Actuaries Japan or equivalent

Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:

Flexible (Depending on assigned tasks/situation)

Over time:

20-30 hours/month.

Salary:

Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.

Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm  (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
