THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate will be responsible for certain key account roll forwards and analysis, support of monthly reporting both internal and external, direct involvement with main annual external audit, and support in controllership review of certain account reconciliations and RCM elements.

Core responsibilities:

  • Preparation of key month end roll forwards/analysis and reporting requests
  • Support month end internal and external reporting
  • Assist in the main external annual corporate audit by providing certain data requests
  • Perform controllership review of certain BSAR accounts and RCM elements
  • Build strong working relationships with business partners to manage accounting issues
  • Ensure quality controls are executed for the agreed scope of reporting
  • Continuous improvements to systems and processes in place to ensure best practice, optimum effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or Finance and/or Accounting Course
  • Two + years of best-practice experience of the General ledger gained in an international organization (ideally shared services)
  • Fluent English and Polish is a must, both verbal and in writing
  • Knowledge of tables and reports used for data analysis
  • Knowledge of SAP (is a must) & HFM/consolidation tool (would be an asset)
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
